Is SoldMine free to use?

Yes, of course! Getting your bills paid via SoldMine is always free to use and we do not charge you any fees for our service, something other payment providers do. So why not try out our service right away?

Is SoldMine reliable and trustworthy?

Is the payout of the amount 100% guaranteed?

Yes, the price displayed for your device is always guaranteed. Once we received your device and the state of it is as indicated by you, the payout in full amount is guaranteed. If in our opinion the device is in a worse state, we send you an email with a new offer that you can accept or decline. If you decline, we ship your device back to you for free.

Why do I need to send my device to an address in the Netherlands?

We currently work together with an established third party that supports us in checking your traded in device. Their current operating center is located in the Netherlands. This is why a Dutch address is displayed on the shipping label.

Is my device insured when sending it in?

Yes, your device is 100% insured. Is your package lost on the way or damaged? In case this happens, we ensure that you receive full financial compensation. But don’t worry, this rarely happens.

What if I want my device back?

You can always claim your device back, if you wish. However, once you agreed on the trade in, we can not send you back your devices. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us and we are happy to help.

How many devices can I trade in?

Every open bill can only be settled with one device. If you have more than one open bill and device, you can of course use our service as many times as possible. There is no limit!

What if the value of my device is lower than the amount on my bill?

If this happens, we will ask for an additional top up to reach the amount of the bill. To do so, we send you a payment request link. Once this is done, we send the full amount to the company and settle the bill for you.

What if the value of my device is greater than the amount on my bill?

If this happens, we take the amount needed to settle your bill and send it to the company. The remaining balance will be paid out directly on your bank account. We send you a link where you can indicate on which bank account you wish the money to be deposited.

What type of device can I trade in?

We aim to offer as many options for you as possible. While we already support the majority of brands and device types, it can happen that your device might not be eligible for trade in. We apologize for this and do our best to add more options over time.

My device is broken or does not work anymore, can I still trade it in?

Our detailed questionnaire will tell you within 1-2min if your devices is still eligible for trade in or not. If your device has no actual value anymore, we kindly ask you to recycle it with your local provider. Recycling is something we currently not offer.

How long does it take to get my bill settled?

Once the device is traded in and accepted by us, we immediately initiate a payout to get your bill settled. We transfer the money directly to the company, so that your bill can be settled within 24h-48h after it was checked.
